Fraud Policy

1. Prohibited Activities: Tech Oracle Ai strictly prohibits the use of our gadgets/ software installation or Tutorials for fraudulent activities, including but not limited to identity theft, phishing, and unauthorized access to computer systems, 

2. Monitoring and Reporting: We reserve the right to monitor transactions and report any suspicious activity to the relevant authorities. 

3. Consequences: Any customer found to be using our gadgets for fraudulent activities will be subject to immediate termination of service, and may face legal action.

You indemnify and hold harmless Tech Oracle Ai, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising from or related to any fraudulent activity or alleged fraudulent activity associated with your purchase. 

You understand that we have taken reasonable measures to prevent fraud, but we will not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from fraudulent activity.
